keltiskesenge ships to all countries but during this current situation not all countries can process an order through our website. If you are having troubles with international shipping, please contact us with your order details and we can arrange alternative carrier options.

RETURNS

 

We want your online shopping experience with keltiskesenge to be an enjoyable one.  You can shop with confidence, as we are happy to accept returns for all online purchases (except face masks and earrings.)
Full-priced items can be returned for exchange, store credit (valid for 36 months) or a refund (minus initial shipping fee). Items must be received within 7 days of initial delivery date. 
Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months). Refunds are not available for sale items. 
Due to health and safety issues we are not able to accept returns of face masks or earrings. Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.
All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, with tags attached, free of perfume and pet hair. If the item is not in salable condition, a dry cleaning fee may be applied, or the return may not be accepted.
